Guest Reviews
Here at The Craibstone Suites we take great care and attention to ensure that
all our guests are satisfied with their stay.
Here are just some of the positive reviews we’ve received from our customers
since we opened;
Perfect!
This was a very last minute booking for us and was selected due to its city
centre location and low price(we paid £69 for 1 night)! And we certainly
weren't disappointed - the room was very clean and fresh and had absolutely
everything you could need. We had a small apartment complete with kitchen, lounge
area, double bedroom and bathroom! As advised on our check in breakfast was
already in the room and was great the next morning to not have to leave the
room to get it. The receptionist was very efficient and polite and time checking
in and out was kept to a minimum which suited us fine! All in all a superb hotel
and a very good price for a city centre apartment - we will definately be staying
here again!!

Great suite tastefully decorated and furnished, great location for an evening
out in the city. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The Craibstone Suites were an excellent place for us to stay with our 8 month
old baby whilst my husband was on business. The suite felt really clean and
very practical, we chose self catering to make it easier to store and reheat
my babys food.
Lovely bathroom, completely tiled and spotlessly clean, very modern with good
powerful shower.
Provided travel cot and highchair no problem.
Complimentary breakfast was ideal, 2 fresh croissants per person, fresh milk
and OJ, jams, butter and a selection of mini cereals.
Housekeeping was a credit to them, cleaned and tidied. Even re-organised our
sitting area to make it more practical for the baby without us having to ask.
Dishes were washed and tea towels replaced. Very happy.

wonderfull tonight
I had planned to take my girlfriend to a gig in Aberdeen on the weekend of our
stay.
As we were only planning on staying for the one night i thought it would be
best if i could simply book a hotel close to the venue. I was looking on line
for rooms and came across the craibstone suites. I wanted our stay to be warm
and welcome, and going only on what the pictures could tell me i booked the
room for one night. I quietly hoped that i didnt let my girlfriend down with
the quality of the hotel as it is a recently opened hotel with few reviews.
I can safely say that the night we stayed was the most romantic night of our
relationship. we were both blown away with the room, lovely styling and extremely
pleasant service upon arrival.
The snow had started that night and the view from our windows was absolutely
fantastic.
I would highly recommend this to anyone!!
thank you for a magical night from both myself and my girlfriend!!

Cleanest and best equipped hotel room I've ever stayed in. Like staying in a
mini-apartment. Faultless.

Excellent serviced apartment for my business visit to Aberdeen. Smart, clean,
well-appointed new accommodation. In the city centre but a quiet location back
from the main streets. Less than 10 mins walk to rail & bus stations. 2
mins from Union St

Overnight weekend stay in Aberdeen
Felt that this was excellent value for money (£69 per night) Suites were
really well laid out, spacious with clean, modern decor. Really useful to have
kitchen facilities, especially fridge to keep the wine chilled! Large bathroom
with great shower. Our room was to the front of the property with good outlook
over the square. Continental breakfast was a boost - supplies were left in the
suite including cereals, croissants, fresh orange and fresh milk.

Valentine's Weekend Romantic Retreat!
We stayed in room 208. It was decorated to a very high spec. Very clean and
had a luxurious feel to it. As it was the Valentine's weekend, we came back
from a day of shopping to find the room had been cleaned and the towels made
into a heart shape on the bed with love heart chocolates left. Was a very nice
touch. Very good location

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Craibstone. Our 1 bed apartment with terrace
was spotlessly clean and ideally located for the city centre night life. Would
have no hesitation in returning and enjoyed the concept of an apartment with
a hotel feel!

From the cheery welcome at reception, the hassle free request for a later checkout and the closeness to the city centre, the Craibstone Suites were just great. We'll be back.

At first this might seem like your normal serviced apartment. However, it has
it's major pluses. The staff will do the washing up for you, every day if you
need it. There is a laundry. There is a 'continental breakfast' which means
they have croissants and cereal in the cupboards and dairy milk and juice in
the fridge. There is a parking centre nearby, and the main street of Aberdeen
is a few blocks away. And there is an Odd Bins and Waterstones very close, so
what more do you need? :)
