The Craibstone Suites in Aberdeen are based at 15 Bon Accord Square, a Grade B listed townhouse originally designed by Archibald Simpson for use as his own residence. If you look closely you will note that number 15 is the largest building on the square.

There are 15 luxury serviced apartments in total, each individually designed to blend seamlessly with the features of the building. As such, each suite has its own unique characteristics, with the vast majority of our suites enjoying separate living and sleeping areas. All of the suites in the serviced apartments are finished to the highest standard with LCD televisions, superior fabrics and attractive walnut furniture. Leather sofa beds provide additional accommodation and many of our suites benefit from striking views - either over Bon Accord Square to the front or over the rooftops of Ferryhill to the rear of the building.

In addition to the high quality furnishings, each suite is provided with free wireless internet access, a complimentary continental breakfast each morning to enjoy along with the complimentary daily newspaper. Each serviced apartment is fully equipped with kitchen areas for those who want to do home cooking.

The building has been refurbished to its current high standard by award winning local developer Bowden Developments. The firm specialises in the regeneration of listed buildings and this particular project involved the addition of the entire top floor.

Bon Accord Square is a unique pocket park located in the centre of Aberdeen City yet still offering the seclusion one would expect from a more rural setting. The square and its gardens are maintained by a Feuars Association who do an excellent job in ensuring that the area retains its character and charm.
