​​​​​Is there parking available?

There is on-street parking directly outside of the hotel. Charges apply between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday and from 1pm to 5pm on Sundays. Out with these hours, parking is free. For alternative parking during the day, we recommend our guests use the 24hr ACP car park at Hardgate, which is only a two minute walk away from our apartments. There are also free on-street parking options available slightly further from the hotel. For more information call reception on 01224 857950.   

Is there somewhere to leave luggage?

If you plan on arriving before check-in or you’re spending the day in Aberdeen after checking out, we’d be more than happy to hold your bags for you in a safe place at no extra cost.

Are there spare beds available for children?

We have occasional beds available on request suitable for children aged 16 or under at a surcharge of £25.00 per three nights.  We recommend Superior Suites for guests requiring an occasional bed as these suites come with a separate living area and therefore have sufficient space for the extra bed. If you require an occasional bed please contact reception.


Reception Opening Hours

Reception is open from 8am-10pm Monday to Friday and 10am-10pm at the weekends. If you think you will be arriving after 10pm please call us to let us know and we will make arrangements for your arrival. Guests arriving outwith the reception times without prior arrangement will incur a £30.00 call out fee for our emergency service. 

Checking out before reception is open is easy – all you need to do is leave your key in your room! All accounts are settled upon check-in.

The door to the hotel will be locked at 10pm but your room key will give you access to the main door. So feel free to stay out as late as you please – just remember to be considerate to other guests!

Does the hotel allow pets?

Our hotel has a strict no pets policy.


This is a strictly non smoking hotel. Guests found to be smoking in their rooms will be fined £100 for deep cleaning and the next nights stay at rack rate.

We respectfully request that guests use the cigarette dispensers provided situated in the external areas of the property.

Are there any additional costs?
We require a £75 pre-authorisation on credit or debit card for all weekend stays in the event of any incidental damages and reserve the right to request this deposit for mid week stays. Please note this can take 5-10 working days to be released after departure.  

Call outs to our out of hours emergency service due to lost key cards or any non-emergency will incur a £30.00 charge. 

Does the hotel accept cash payments?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments. However we do accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.
